Maintenance Technician

Location: Williamsville, NY 14221
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 40 hrs/week + Overtime
Compensation: $23+/hr (based on experience)
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (3–6 months) → Potential for Permanent Hire

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. This hands-on role involves maintaining equipment, troubleshooting issues, and supporting operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-functioning workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facilities
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Conduct preventive maintenance to maximize equipment reliability
• Maintain logs and documentation of all repairs and maintenance work
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently

Requirements

• Proven maintenance experience in industrial, commercial, or similar environments
• Skilled in mechanical, electrical, or HVAC troubleshooting
• Ability to work independently while following safety protocols
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Flexible to work overtime as needed

Preferred Skills

• Experience across multiple maintenance disciplines
• Availability for Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire
